Can't download GnuCash 2.6.7 - Any ideas

I have GnuCash 2.6.6 operating on Windows 8.1 with TrendMicro Maximum 
Security.  Have tried different mirrors, protectiuon against viruses and 
spywear and restarting computer and waiting a long time - no result.  
Browser (Chrome - and yes I have tried Explorer as well) appears to go 
OK but stops at waiting for (whatever is the mirror's URL).

Any ideas?
