Changed Entry Dates after updating from 2.6.4-2 to 2.6.6 and/or 2.6.7

No I haven't seen it on Windows 8.1 Enterprise or Win 8.1 Ultimate (at
least I think that's the version I'm running at home :-)    I'm assuming
his Locale/Region settings are English judging from the screen dumps ?
