Carl,

You need to re-download the updated gnucash-2.6.7-setup.exe from gnucash.org
and install it.

There is a different gnucash-2.6.7-setup.exe available now at
http://gnucash.org/ - it is about 95 Mb as opposed to the 72 Mb that you
would have originally downloaded - this is the correct windows setup file.
It contains the same executable as far as I'm aware but has been repackaged
to also include the help files.  The direct link is
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gnucash/gnucash-2.6.7-setup.exe

Remember GnuCash is multi OS so you have a dmg file for Apple, a bz2 file
for Linux and a setup.exe file for Windows.

Have you received a file directly from SourceForge or is it just an email
advising that there's an update available?  I'm not too clear on that from
your email.  Regardless of that fact, bz2 files are compressed files
containing the Linux version of GnuCash which will not work on Windows
period so ignore that one and always use the setup.exe version for Windows.
