Reconciling bank accounts

I am currently using GnuCash on Windows.  I have the following (partial) chart of Accounts:Assets  100 Current Assets     110 Sunwest Bank        110.1 General Fund        110.3 SAL Funds dedicated        110.4 Boys State dedicated        110.8 Misc Dedicated fundsWith the exception of 110.3, these all have a reconciliation column.  When I open Edit for 110.1 and 110.3, I am unable to see any difference.
Is there some way I can get 110.3 to have the reconciliation column?
