GnuCash uses MediaWiki, so the editing process is pretty much the same as
Wikipedia pages. HOWEVER, you must create a user account on the GnuCash
Wiki and wait a few days before you can edit pages.

Go to http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/GnuCash

Use the Create Account link on the top right.

The Help link on the left takes you to
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Contents where you'll see a link to the
process for creating a new page.

You might also find the "special pages" page contains some useful
information to help decide how to name a new page, or an existing page to
link from:

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Special:SpecialPages

I just entered a search term or two on the wiki Search field (top right of
the Wiki page) and found one potential place you might add a link to your
script:

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Published_tools

Hmmm... there's already a page with a Perl script to modify the Bayesian
matching. I gather that's not your page (last edited in March 2015), so you
might want to add your script to the same page OR create your own page and
distinguish between the two, OR edit YeOldHinnerk's script to add the
features your script has.
