Short version: Download it, drag it to your Applications folder, and
run it. :-)
Long version:
1. Visit the gnucash.org website and download the appropriate DMG for
your Mac (Intel or PPC).
2. Open the DMG.
3. Drag GnuCash to your Applications folder. You will be asked whether
you want to replace the old version or keep both, choose whichever you
like (I always just replace the old version). Wait for it to copy.
4. Open Gnucash. It will automatically open your last used data file.
I don't use the Finance::Quote module, so there's probably another step
or two for that, hopefully someone will chime in.
