Make another stylesheet the default

In the past, folks have recommended saving the stylesheet you want over the
default one. However, I've never seen how to do this within the program. So
what I did was edit the Default one, and set all the parameters to be the
same as the one I want to use. It's not a lot of effort and works perfectly.
