How to change register font size on Windows?

In it's infinite wisdom Microsoft has decided to no longer use the Windows menu folder 
structure in Windows 8. So on that platform the 'Select Theme' tool is no longer visually linked 
with gnucash in any way unfortunately...

And this reminds me there is an enhancement request [1] to add "GnuCash" in the names of all 
Windows start menu items. I just took the time to fix this for English, German, Dutch and French 
(languages I more or less master). For other languages I will need help from people fluent 
enough in those languages to provide me with the proper strings.
