Reactivating lost or deleted account

>From the accounts page select View > Filter By > Other and select Show
Hidden Accounts.  Then it should appear.  You can then select the
account and Edit > Edit Account, unselect Hidden and (if set)
Placeholder.  Then you can set the filter back to not show hidden
accounts if you want to.
