XBT currency

you can use the XXX currency, or you can set it up as a stock.  In
either case you'll need to record miliBitcoins (mBTC, 1mBTC == 0.001 BTC)
instead of Bitcoins because GnuCash cannot handle the 10^-8 significant
decimal digits.
