Get Online Quotes not updating currency rates since 2.6.9

I’ll hazard a guess that you’re the rate in question is GBP->USD and that you’re looking in the Price Editor at 
CURRENCY
  USD
    GBP
Google quotes £0.65 for that just now. 146/225 = .6489. That supports my guess.

Look at CURRENCY
   GBP
     USD

You should find an entry for 1.55.
