Split transaction on CSV import

No.  The CSV importer doesn't know about Splits.

You have two options:

1) Import via CSV and then, after import, split the transaction
2) Convert the CSV to QIF and then make the split in the QIF file.  Then
   import the QIF.  The QIF importer knows how to handle split transactions.
