Check format files on a mac

Actually, Go To Folder is in the Finder menu under Go, not under File. Alternatively, if you hold down the <alt>/<option>/<⌥> key while clicking on Go in the Finder menu, Library will be added to the list; I seem to remember this works on all versions from 10.7 onwards.
