Lost one of my accounts??

I have been keeping records of expenses and medical history since 2011, 
2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
I have entered medical history on account "Medical 2015" through the
middle of October.  I wanted to print a copy of the "Medical 2015" account
and was searching and searching to accomplish this task and I was never 
successful.
Somehow, somewhere all of a sudden some of all the accounts were lost and 
"Medical 2015" was lost
completely.  This is a great loss to me. I am 84 years old and this was a 
wonderful
of me remembering and checking on my health history.
I hope you can help me retrieve this information.  Thank you, Ruth Lewis
