The Transfer dialog only appears when a transaction has accounts in more
than one currency. If you do not have a second currency in the
transaction, the dialog does not appear.
Some users consider having separate files for each currency if they spend
lengthy intervals in different countries. There are several other ways to
address that issue as well.
