Dalayr, You are getting to the list. I am using sqlite3 with gnucash
2.6.9 on linux Mint, so it can be done. I don't really remember how I
got it working, but there were some add-ons that were needed to get
gnucash to recognize the sqlite3 backend. I assume the same is true for
mysql. I would suggest searching the internet for something like
"gnucash mysql" and you should find the answer. I'm sure that's the way
I found out how to get it working. I'm pretty new to both linux and
gnucash myself. Mike
