Password protection of GnuCash data file

I thought I was having Déjà vu.  Seriously, you need to consider all
risks that apply to your situation.  For example a password protected
home Wi-Fi router can be hacked from the street in a matter of minutes,
so that is not a good defense.  An easy defense is to turn off your
computer when you are not using it, but many of us do not want to wait
for the re-boot.
