Hi Barry,
Perhaps the XLSM2QIF application can help you.
>From within XLSM2QIF you can export QIF Multi Accounts/categories files
that can be imported into GnuCash. Only the first import you have to relate
the QIF accounts/categories and GnuCash accounts.
