Urgent:Issue with dates

Hello,

I need help urgently. I am running verison 2.6.13 on windows 10.
for a while now, i have had to run as administrator to get gnucash to work,
however recently the dates have changed and today when u tried to access my
financial information i realized it was seeing today as 2064.

This has affected the integrity of my data.
how do I resolve this?
