> Looks like cpan skipped the build step. I can't think of a good way to fix it without leading you down into the weeds of building that module by hand, so the best I can suggest is that you delete c:\strawberry\cpan\build\tmp-7160 and try again.

Comment - my path to finance-quote health after quotes stopped working 
after two years and the reinstall failed; short version: Win10, 
GNC2.6.13; Uninstall Strawberry Perl using the Revo Uninstaller; 
download latest Strawberry Perl (5.24) from Strawberry website; 
reinstall finance-quote using the GnuCash menu link.
