Hi dantonison,

The 'No such file or directory error' may also be due to your anti-virus 
software.
If John's solution doesn't help, you might like to try disabling your 
anti-virus software while re-trying.

I previously had to turn off McAfee Real-Time Scanning while installing 
Strawberry perl, which enabled it to work and made it much faster to install. 
It still took about 10 minutes to download and build.
