Chase Credit Card Services changes

The chances are that "Chase" didn't make this change, but whatever 
vendor provides them with their OFX/QFX module.  If that is the case, 
we may start seeing this behavior from other financial institutions in 
the future.

I work for a bank, and our online solution, though customized to 
interface with our financial storage backend by the vendor, is an COTS 
package.
