A confusion by many... GnuCash follows the Gnome standard, not the Windows 
standard. And gnome dictates Ctrl-Alt-Pgdown.

This reveals gnucash originated as a linux application first with Windows and 
OS X support added only later. It would take some effort to change this on 
Windows.
