how to download newest version

The page says it was last updated 22 hours ago - which sounds 
reasonable. I'm sure it used to have 2.6.14. So it looks like 2.6.14 has 
been removed somehow, 2.6.15 has not been added and so it has fallen 
back to 2.6.13?

Is there somewhere else outside of sourceforge where the downloads can 
be found?
