Selling managed fund

I've been wrecking my brain as to how to record selling of my unlisted
managed fund and closing my account. The cash is now in my checking account.

I got $20,000 in total and made a profit of about $154.92. There's no
commission, no broker etc.

I was going about

but I get account imbalance.

What would be the simplest way to record this.
