Whether it would be difficult to implement depends partly on the skills of the 
person willing to look into it. It is a fairly broad change in that it affects many layers: 
the storage system, the invoice logic and the invoice gui. And probably it requires 
some tweaks to the existing feature to make it more generally usable.
