Customised report

   I am a very new user of GnuCash (ex QuickBooks which does not run on
   W7/64), and I wish to set up an Income Statement with columns showing
   comparison with Budget, and Actual as percentage of Budget. I cannot
   see how to do this, is it possible and if so can you give me help to
   get started.
