from my chase account:
Quicken users:	You can automatically download all your available Chase
accounts without having to activate Chase Direct Connect. Simply enter
your Chase Online User ID and Password in your Quicken software when we
prompt you to do so. To learn more about the Express Web Connect
download, visitQuicken.com and search for "Express Web Connect".

Capital One account is giving me the same error: 400.
