Hi Timothy,

This problem, where the GnuCash requirement for Date::Manip had been
temporarily removed, has been fixed in recent versions of GnuCash.

You don't say what operating system you use but if you are using Windows you
can install Date::Manip by running
cpan install Date::Manip
in a command window.
