database error

It seems that I have somehow corrupted database or something else is wrong. When printing Balance GC calculates lines Total Equity and Total Liabilities & Equity but only until 9.9.2013. From Sept. 10 2013 those two lines are not calculated. Please see screenshots. I checked transactions made on Sept. 10 but there is nothing strange. Any ideas how to fix it? Thank you.
