Install upgrade from 2.6.1 to any other verison fails

I am running Ubuntu Trusty (14.04). I found the prepackaged deb packages 
for both 2.6.6 and 2.6.10. Both showed their respective errors I listed 
below. Thanks but already tried this and no go.
