then
File -> Open
the new file

My apologies I might have explained incorrectly. Basically I have the CoA set
up exactly as I want it, almost. Just figuring out how to deal with a small
number of transactions, but nevertheless what I was looking for is a a way
to empty all the transactions I put in whilst testing. So CoA stays the
same, but all the transactions disappear so I can start again putting all
the data back in
