Problems posting invoices

Hi Brian,

The only thing that I can think of is that the "Posting Dialogue Box" actually 
does get created, but for some reason is either hidden behind another window 
or is created off your main screen somewhere.

I don't know macs, so I have no idea how you might find it if it is off 
screen, but maybe this points you in the right direction.
