Saving in SQL

Hi,

I'm trying to save a new file in SQL, but GC is not detecting
postgresql. I'm sure it's installed:

Can someone please tell me what am I missing here? Do I have to manually
create a database?

This is not important for me, I'm fine with an XML file. It's just that
I'm translating the guide and need a screenshot of the Save screen.
