Problems posting invoices

An issue I had with Gc once was related to having an external monitor on my Mac.  Is that your case?  If so, look at Mission Control, F9, to see if you see the lost window.  You should be able to drag it around to a visible location.  Or remove your external monitor to see if it will display then.
