How to show the net of two accounts?

There was an additional delay while my wife used the laptop. I finally got
it back and found that the particular asset account I chose had a value of
$10.39 and the liability account had a value of $32.97 as reported in the
table of the Net Worth report and that somehow added up to a net worth of
+$43.36 instead of -$22.58 as I expected. It seems that I happened to
choose a liability account that had a negative liability balance, ie a
positive balance. Thus the numbers in the table are correct.
However, the bars for the (positive) liability extended below the 0 value
so the chart made them appear correct to my eyes. Maybe the chart is
supposed to make normal liabilities display above the 0 value, but that
seems backwards to me. Perhaps others can comment on that.
