GnuCash 2.6.13 - No suitable back end was found error on- Windows 10 OS-RESOLVED

Hello All,
The problem I mentioned last week has been resolved. The only bad part
being that I lost the entries I made for one day. I found that in my data
directory there are lots of files ending with the .gnucash extension. What
I did was to open the .gnucash file which was created a day before I
started getting this error. This file opened up, and all my scheduled
transactions, budgets etc. were all available there. I quickly created a
v1.2 directory and "Save As", this file as v1.2.
