If you want to view A, B, and C together then right click on A and select Open Subaccounts.

If you want to MOVE the transactions from C into B, then delete C and GnuCash will ask you if you want to move the transactions... select account B.

Is there a way to merge the content of two registers without re-typing the entries from one into another? And while I am thinking about it, is there anyway to see an integrated register at the parent or place holder level? For example:

A
\-B
\-C

Anyway to see both B & C’s transactions in A? Thanks.
