Inconvenient display

[Sundararajan Seshadri]

I see a square sign overlapping the first digit (in reports, with the
number having the format of 7 digits before decimal point). Is it anything
to do with the setting? See the image below (assuming images show up in
this list).

I am using the software in Windows 7.
