credit cards - never any transactions?

I have a couple of credit cards that downloaded well in Quicken.  GC
seems to set up the download OK, but it never returns any transactions,
even though going to the credit card's website shows them as existing.
These are credit union accounts if that means anything:

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union
Local Government Federal Credit union

In LGFCU, I have bank accounts as well, and they download fine.  Is
there something weird about credit unions and/or credit cards that GC
appears to go to the site fine, so I have the user name, the URL and the
password all correct (I presume), but it can't find the new
transactions? - Elmar
