help: Error file lockec?

   The USUAL reason for getting this is that your previous session did not
   terminate normally (so the lock was never removed). If you are sure
   that
   there isn't (couldn't be) another instance of gnucash running and using
   that file simply choose the "open anyway" option << did you see that
   button in the screen shot you sent us? >>
   The reason that gnucash has the file lock is that there COULD be
   another
   instance << remember, your operating system almost certainly allows
   multiple sessions logged in at the same time and probably has provision
   for files being in shared data space >>
