Mac OSX intel: installation error

Hello,
I am trying to install Gnucash on my macbook OSX Yosemite 10.10.4 with no
success:
I downloaded Gnucash-Intel-2.6.12-2.dmg, dragged and dropped the
Gnucash.app in the Application folder and tried to run it but I received
the following error
*“Gnucash.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the
Trash.*

Thanks a lot for your help and let me know if I can provide more
