Installation of finance::quote failed

When installing finance::quote I received the attached error message (sorry
the first letter or two got clipped off).

When editing a security it says finance::quote not installed.

I am running Windows 10 on a 64 bit Dell computer.

I am a new user.

I am using gnuCASH 2.6.12.
