Red line on OFX input

Hi all,
I have been using Gnucash for quite some time now (started around 2010)
and for one thing the meaning eludes me. I wonder if anyone understands
the significance. The problem is a red line in the processing of the
input. I get to this line as follows:
1. I import from the Rabo bank using CSV.
2. I convert the csv to OFX using a script of my own (Python).
3. I always import from 1st of January till current date. Due to the
nature of FITID I normally have no problems. I make sure they are different.
4. I use Gnucash/import/OFX to import the file.
Usually I get at least one line that is turned off for automatic import
and is completely red. I included a screenprint. The data is real, but
not sensitive. I have never discovered anything special about the line.
It is never a duplicate and I really have no idea why I shouldn't import
it. Usually I just tick the "A" column and import it anyway.
Can anyone help me interpret this line: what does it mean?
Kind regards, Guus Bonnema.
