Multiple account names

Marilyn,

If you are trying to run separate books, you only need to create a new GnuCash file (File->New). That will open a new set of books for you. 

If you hope to use the same structure for Club B as you have for Club A, then, from club A, do a File->Export->Export Accounts and call the new file ClubB, and you will have an empty account structure to fill in with transactions.
