Thanks for the helpful reply Chris.
I have since downloaded the concepts guide zooming in on those areas of
particular interest around data entry, splits and so on. Scrubbing the
surplus balances was indeed on my wish list but happy to wait as outlined in
your reply.
The screenshots related to bookmarks pointing to -investment 8.1- which I
think has now been replaced with -9.1- or similar, no problem.
As you may have noticed from my posts, i tend to build up loads of
transactions over an 18 month period before entry, this may explain my
periodic pilgrimage to GNU Cash help forum for assistance.. the other
problem associated with this is.."oh my goodness how does that work again"
...and.."hey guys (and girls)..has it been fixed yet"
If you have any new or proposed links relating to the scrubbing feature that
would be cool!..ta..
