GnuCash Column Width

I had a similar problem to this.  The helpful reply was to try
double-clicking (on Windows; not sure about Mac) the column headings.  This
resizes them to fit the contents and seems to quickly sort out any
problems.  Don't do it on the Description column though because that is
special, and autosizes/expands to fit whatever space is available.
