Report

I thought of a new report I'd like to generate, and I'm hopefully that it's
already easily possible in gnucash.

For each day, compute the current net assets. This is defined as the
"current" assets - "current" liabilities. Then, make a line graph of this
daily current net asset value. Maybe lines with current assets and current
liabilities on a daily basis, too.

I can get my current net assets (ab)using a balance sheet report with only
current assets and liabilities selected, and a calculator to take the
difference. But to get it for the next day, I have to go to the report
options, change the day, and generate a new report. This isn't quite
practical, even if I want to copy and paste these data into a spreadsheet
application for graphing purposes.

I'm comfortable writing SQL against my sqlite3 books, but if anyone can
think of how to generate this report with the current report facilities, it
would be convenient. Thanks!

In Christ,
Aaron Laws
