Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) and Service Tax Entries in the Invoice

Hello,
Good Morning.In India, most invoices should have a TDS amount (a deduction of 10%) of the price/sale amount and a service tax of 15% on the same amount. For example, if Rent for a real estate is Rs. 10,000 per month, the Invoice will have to look like this:
Rent   Rs. 10,000TDS   Rs. (1,000)Service Tax  Rs. 1,500_________________________Total Amount:  Rs. 10,500_________________________
Can anyone please help me to create this with GNUCASH.
