   Thanks, Chris, for pointing to the bug.

   Playing with the Lots feature I saw a similar issue and initially
   thought it is related to the Trading accounts, which obviously is not
   the case. However, with trading accounts it is even worse in that one
   of the scrub transactions is not even self-balanced (not the original
   transaction, only after deleting it and having it recreated from the
   lots view). This leaves the user trapped in transaction edit mode,
   which cannot be left until the user balances the split manually. I'll
   add that information to the bug as well...

   Hi David,
   This sounds like a problem [1] that I noticed when you want to undo
   scrubbing and delete the capital gain transactions before deleting the
   lot
   or unlinking the splits from the lot.
   In this case, the correct procedure seems to be to delete the lot or
   unlink
   the splits from the lot before deleting the capital gain transaction.
